Overview

This internal application is provided by M-Ployees.com to authorized employees. It uses Google Sign‑In for authentication. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, retention, and how to contact us.

Data collected from Google

• OpenID Connect scopes used: openid, email, profile.
• We receive: Google account ID (sub), verified email address, display name, and profile picture (if available).
• The app does NOT request or access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other sensitive scopes.

Other data collected

• Application data you create or that is required by the Service (projects, documents, metadata).
• Operational and security logs (IP addresses, timestamps, actions) for audit and troubleshooting.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to authenticate users, provide the Service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on M-Ployees.com's legitimate business interests and employment obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

Data is not shared publicly. It may be shared with third‑party service providers acting on behalf of M-Ployees.com to host, maintain, or secure the Service (under contract). We will disclose data only as required by law (e.g., court order) or to respond to lawful government requests.

Retention

Authentication/account mapping is retained for the duration of account existence. Application data retention follows company policy. To request deletion or changes to business data, contact [email protected].

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (access controls, encryption in transit, etc.). Google OAuth tokens are handled per best practices and are not stored long‑term unless necessary for a function of the Service.

Your choices

• You can revoke the application's access from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions — revoking access prevents future sign‑ins.
• Requests to access, correct, or erase application data stored by M-Ployees.com should be sent to [email protected].

Children

The Service is for employees only and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be communicated via internal channels.
