1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this internal application (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. Use of the Service is strictly limited to authorized employees of M-Ployees.com. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
2. Access and accounts
Authentication is provided via Google Sign‑In. Accounts and access are provisioned and controlled by M-Ployees.com IT and administrative staff. You must not share credentials or otherwise allow non‑authorized users to access the Service. When your employment ends or access is revoked, your account access will be terminated.
3. Permitted use
The Service is provided for business purposes only. Do not upload, store, or transmit data that violates company policy, applicable law, or third‑party rights. Adhere to M-Ployees.com policies when using the Service.
4. Data, security and confidentiality
The Service receives the minimum Google account information required for authentication (openid, email, profile). M-Ployees.com stores and processes data necessary to provide the Service. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are in place to protect data. The Service is not publicly accessible; data is only available to authorized personnel and service components required to operate the application.
5. Prohibited activities
Do not attempt to bypass security, escalate privileges, reverse‑engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service. Do not attempt unauthorized integrations or automated access.
6. Intellectual property
All software, content, and intellectual property associated with the Service are the property of M-Ployees.com or its licensors. You are granted only a limited, non‑transferable right to use the Service for company business.
7. Warranty and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M-Ployees.com DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIABILITY is limited as permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes
M-Ployees.com may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via internal channels. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
